Support a wider programme
Accelerator adds programme management, pilot projects and prototypes, KPI setup and measurement, and board-level advisory and reporting. The programme and monthly investment are confirmed during discovery.
What does it cost?
Monthly advisory ranges from R4,000–R8,000 for Spark and R8,000–R25,000 for Foundations to R25,000–R60,000 for Growth and R60,000–R80,000 for Accelerator. Enterprise starts from R80,000 per month, with custom / dedicated support and a tailored quote. Ad-hoc senior advisory is R1,200–R2,500 per hour.

What is a security posture review?
It is a review of your current security position to identify gaps and priorities within an agreed scope. The Spark package includes a basic review and recommendations summary.
Do we need a large transformation project?
No. You can start with an assessment or a smaller advisory package. The goal is to understand the situation and agree on useful next steps before committing to a broader programme.
Does advisory include implementation?
The scope depends on the package and proposal. Recommendations and workshops are distinct from delivery work; Accelerator includes programme management, pilots and prototypes. Specific implementation requirements are confirmed during discovery.
