These terms cover your use of the Mafutech Pty Ltd website and general enquiries. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Specific services are governed by the proposal, scope of work or service agreement accepted for that engagement.
Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software or misuse its content or contact channels. Information you provide should be accurate, and you should be authorised to share it.
Information and pricing
Website content and the service catalogue provide general information about our services. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), and published ranges are indicative starting investments. Final scope, support hours, deliverables, fees, applicable taxes and any third-party costs are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before paid work begins.
Microsoft 365 licences, Google Workspace subscriptions and other third-party infrastructure costs are separate unless expressly included in your agreement. A website enquiry or consultation booking does not by itself create a paid service contract.
Consultations and service agreements
Discovery consultations advertised as free carry no consultation charge. Bookings are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the booking confirmation or contact us.
Payment dates, project milestones, service levels, cancellation arrangements and any refunds for paid work are set out in the agreed proposal or service agreement, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not override that agreement or your statutory rights.
Content and intellectual property
Mafutech’s branding and website content belong to Mafutech or their respective owners. You may view the site and download the service catalogue for information and internal business evaluation. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires the relevant owner’s permission, unless permitted by law. Ownership of client deliverables is addressed in the relevant service agreement.
External services
Booking links open Microsoft Bookings in a new tab. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy policies. Mafutech does not control their availability or content.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. Please confirm details that affect a business decision with us. Website information is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the relevant service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights under South African consumer-protection law.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these website terms from time to time. The date above identifies the latest version. Changes do not automatically alter an existing service agreement. These terms are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
