Information we receive
When you contact us or book a meeting, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, business name, appointment details and information you choose to share about your requirements. Our hosting and technology providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and access logs to deliver and protect the website.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without relevant contact details we may be unable to respond or arrange your consultation. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
How we use it
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, organise consultations, prepare proposals, provide agreed services and maintain website security. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on your consent, steps needed for an agreement, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest recognised by applicable law.
Bookings and other providers
Consultations are arranged through Microsoft Bookings, which opens in a separate tab. Information submitted there is processed through Microsoft’s services and made available to Mafutech for your appointment. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve them.
Service providers involved in hosting, communication, scheduling and service delivery may process information needed for those functions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Some providers operate outside South Africa; any cross-border processing must meet applicable data-protection requirements.

Cookies and website technology
The site’s own code does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting services and external platforms, including Microsoft Bookings, may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. Retention and security
Information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements or resolving a dispute, and then deleted or anonymised as appropriate. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, ask for corrections or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
